Happy New Year Everyone!
Hope your year has started off well. It’s hard to believe that January has almost passed. That means that we are one month closer to our Roederer Reunion in November!
Much has happened since our last letter. Reunion plans are moving forward ― lots of activities, food and fun! Unique items are being gathered for the silent auction. Genealogy charts are being compiled, giving all a nice visual to see where we come from and how we are all connected.
But the biggest news that we want to share is that we now have 7 lovely people from Germany already booked at the hotel! More are considering to attend, so do stay tuned! We also have many of our non-Louisville relatives taking to heart the advice to reserve their rooms early. To date, 67 room nights have already been reserved. Many are coming early and staying longer to enjoy and explore the sights of Louisville and the surrounding areas.
With attendance growing rapidly, it is so important that you reserve your hotel room ASAP! Hotels have already started booking up (and raising rates) for the Breeders Cup weekend and we don’t want you to miss out on our reunion because you were unable to get a room. Remember… you can always cancel your room, without penalty, 3 days prior to check-in. You have nothing to lose!

Completing this form does not commit you to come to the reunion. We are updating the Roederer database and this information helps keep the database current. It takes only 5-6 minutes to fill-out this 4-page form. We really appreciate your help with this.

As we leave January behind, we once again wish all of you a very happy and prosperous New Year. We look forward to seeing you in Louisville. There will be old friends from our past reunion and many new friends to meet. We will continue to keep you posted as exciting things develop.
And oh, by the way, we should let you know that we have some surprises in store for you in November. But, of course, you’ll have to attend the reunion to find out about those!
